Riondo, Rosé, Prosecco, Veneto
Until very recently, producers weren't allowed to label rosé fizz as 'Prosecco' even if it was made within the region and to the same high standards as the typical white bubbles. But in the past six months, labelling laws have finally changed.
Dry. Fresh. Zesty. It's delicate red fruit - think redcurrants and raspberries - with a lovely floral quality. It's seriously moreish and will work perfectly with our Italian shaksuka.
