Polpo Corvina

Polpo Corvina

Hailing from Italy, Corvina is a grape variety grown in the country’s northeast, in the Veneto region. This late-ripening variety is one of the grapes used to make the mighty Amarone so it comes with plenty of pedigree.

The Polpo restaurant group have unfortunately entered into administration meaning we were able to grab their own label wine and pass some serious value on to you!

It’s classic Italian having plenty of red cherry that will work perfectly with the Nduja spaghetti ragu this week.
